In the state of monofilament separation, it enters the pulp tank for sizing. After passing through the static eliminator, it is wound into a pulp shaft, and then thousands of pulp shafts are combined into a pulp shaft that meets the process design requirements through a parallel shaft machine.

The sizing machine is suitable for the production of small batches and multi-variety fabrics, and can be used for spinning, hemp spinning and chemical fiber processing. However, sizing combined processing has higher quality requirements for short fiber yarns or filaments. When the quality of raw materials is poor, sizing yarn breaks are likely to occur, which affects the quality of the sizing shaft and the processing efficiency. Warp yarns with high breakage rate are not suitable for sizing combined machine processing.
